To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid at least 7 days before the departure date.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, UPI, cheque, or cash.
Cancellation by Traveller:
More than 15 days before departure: Full refund minus a Rs. 500 cancellation charge.
7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund will be provided.
Within 7 days of departure: No refund will be given.
Cancellation by Us Before Departure:
If the tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), a full refund will be provided.
Travel Insurance : It is recommended that all travelers have appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
Health & Fitness : Travelers should be in good health and physical condition for the activities included in the itinerary. Any special medical needs must be informed at the time of booking.
Behavior : All travelers must respect the rules and regulations of the trip, other travelers, and the property they are staying at. Any damage caused by a traveler will be their financial responsibility.
We will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the situation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
We are not responsible for any delays, injuries, or accidents during the trip unless caused by our negligence. We are also not liable for personal loss or damages during the trip.
If Package Include 3 Star Accomodation then 3 Star Hotel Accomodation is subject to availability
If a traveler does not show up on the day of departure, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made.
If the trip requires a minimum number of participants and this number is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Travelers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the trip.
In cases of war, strikes, pandemics, or other extraordinary events beyond our control, we are not liable for trip disruptions or additional costs incurred.
We may take photos or videos during the trip for promotional purposes. If travelers do not wish to be included, they must inform us in writing before the trip.
If meals are included in the package, travelers should inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or special meal requests. While we will try to accommodate, we cannot guarantee availability.
Provide an emergency contact number that travelers can reach out to during the trip in case of any issues.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at any point if the traveler does not adhere to the terms and conditions.
We value feedback and encourage travelers to share their experiences. Any complaints during the trip should be reported to our team immediately.
